Warranty

All goods purchased from us come with a 6-month guarantee from the date of purchase.

If an item arrives faulty, or develops a fault through normal use within this period, the following applies:

  • Within 14 days of purchase:
    We will replace or exchange the faulty item at our expense.
    Please email support@digitalwellness.zohodesk.com with your order number and a daytime contact number so we can arrange the exchange.

  • Between 14 days and 6 months of purchase:
    Please email images of the fault to support@digitalwellness.zohodesk.com, along with your order number, daytime contact number, and a brief description of the issue. Our support team will review your claim and advise on the next steps.

Important Notes

  • If an item is replaced, the warranty does not restart. The replacement item continues under the original warranty period from the date of your first purchase.

  • Please retain proof of postage, receipt, or tracking number for any returned items. We cannot accept responsibility until a member of our team has signed for receipt of the goods.

  • Warranty claims do not cover:

    • Damage caused by heavy use, misuse, or inappropriate product care.

    • General wear, fatigue, or deterioration consistent with the level and conditions of use.

    • Cosmetic damage such as chips on the head or shaft, as this type of wear is considered part of the normal nature of the game of hockey.
