What is Padel?

Padel is one of the fastest growing sports in the world with over 12 million players!

Padel takes the best from tennis and squash and creates an exciting, fast paced game. 

The game is played on a tennis style court with glass walls that you can play off which increases the technicality of the sport. The dimensions of the court are 20 meters by 10 meters which makes it a little smaller than a tennis court.

Padel is played with a stringless padel with a foam centre which makes ball control a lot easier. 

Serving is performed with an underarm action from the hip which ensures the game is focused around timing and reaction rather than strength and power.

Padel is played with 4 people at a time, 2 on each team which makes padel the ideal social sport for friends and family!
