Shipping Policy

The shipping options may vary depending on the delivery address, the time of your purchase and item availability.

When processing your purchase, the shipping methods, the cost and the delivery service available for you will be shown.

At Osaka Hockey SA we want our delivery service to be quick and efficient.
Our relationships with national couriers guarantee that.

Order Processing:
Orders will be processed within 24 hours of being placed, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be queued for processing on the next working day. Once processed, the selected shipping timeframe comes into effect.

All goods are physically checked by our staff prior to shipping.
All goods will be shipped using a 2-3 day service to major areas (allow for longer if shipping to outlying area) unless express shipping is selected. Express shipping will be overnight where possible (not guaranteed for outlying areas) and needs to be requested before 11am

All goods are shipped via national couriers and will require a signature upon delivery.
A tracking number will be made available for you to trace your parcel.
Orders can be shipped to your home or your work place. 

Delivery options:

Standard Shipping / Delivery = R100
For orders under R500
Orders processed within 24 hours, from then, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Free Shipping
For orders over R500
Orders processed within 24 hours, from then, the estimated delivery time is 2-3 working days.

Express Shipping / Delivery = R200
The estimated delivery time is 1 - 2 working days. Outlying areas may be longer and is not guaranteed. Orders placed after 11am may not be shipped on the same day as the order and will be shipped the day after on Express Shipping Service.

Priority Standard Shipping / Delivery = R80

This is our standard delivery service but your order will be processed and shipped out before any other orders. a 24 hour processing time still applies.

Order Fulfillment:
Unless priority or express shipping is selected, orders will be dispatched on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please note that during periods of heavy volume, such as sales or holidays, there may be delays in order processing. We appreciate your patience and understanding during these times.

Collection at Sports Republic Bryanston:

40 Peter Place, St Stithians College, Bryanston, Gauteng.
Collection between 09:00 and 17:00 Mon -Fri, 09:00 – 13:00 Sat.

Please note, Black Friday Week will have a Flat Rate of R100 for shipping!
